14 Year Old Teenager on Motorcycle Hits a Car
The bike was confiscated and the parents are held liable. He ended up in the Hospital in Irkutsk Oblast, russia with head injuries.

Kid shouldn’t have been driving but I see this more as the car driver’s fault.  |

The car driver had his turn signal on, so it's all the fault of the little dipshit with no rider training, not even knowing what to look out for. Doesn't look like he's hurt bad, as he stands up at the end. But perhaps it made him smarter.  |
