Krasnodar, South East Russia. She was transported to the Hospital where the ER doc diagnozed her having a concussion as she had a headache, decreased vision, nausea, contusion of soft tissues of the head and bruising on the right parietal region.

The driver (62) was a member of the Fire Department and in the video can be seen he totally didn't care about the girl but instead checked out his own damage after his bizarre act. Three cars were also damaged and one man injured.

The father of the girl called the fire department and waited for a return call to talk about a financial compensation as her clothes and shoes were ripped and her phone was broken but the Fire Dept never returned the call so he went to court.

But to his surprise the medical examiner, with a 13 year experience, changed her report on the last day before expiration of bringing evidence to the case before the trial started. She now concluded that the child had no harm as a result of the collision.


Weird enough the father of the child phoned with the traffic police officer, that handled the case, offering him money for a fair testimony report so don't think that's in his favour.

The car hitting him is not to blame but it's still the same one we can so oftenly see in that video section....
