if i am correct, i think ive seen this here before but it doesnt say anything about drugs or cartel. i think it used to be referred as vigilante act to thieves or rapist

If they really wanted to make him suffer, they should have put him out about 3/4 of the way through. Nothing like a few months in a burn clinic to make him appreciate.
