Yes. But he wasn't my friend. Just a classmate that I actually didn't like very much. It happened during summer vacation between 1st & 2nd grade in 1968. We just happened to be hanging out with mutual friends. It's tragic because someone in our group dared him to climb over the protective fence and onto the power station girders. Said they would give him a packet of Sugar Babies if he did. Well, he ended up looking like a sugar baby after he got zapped (and, no, it wasn't me that dared him).
