that is indeed an axe & in India it's called a "farsa" or occasionally a "gandasa" though the latter may have different connotations depending upon the local geography.. also the pretext is something else as can be faintly overheard which is in their local dialect (punjabi) & nothing to do with cow dung etc.. looks like an old enmity & cattle may be just 1 of those hundreds of reasons & stop relating everything to cows just because the incident happened in India. Get over with your colonial hangover & help yourselves by not watching BBC documentaries on India which only portray an India of the 1950's which was sucked dry & empty by the british. ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਥਾਣਾ ਡਵੀਜ਼ਨ ਨੰਬਰ-1 ਦੇ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਕੁਲਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਬੀਤੀ ਰਾਤ ਕਰੀਬ 12 ਵਜੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫ਼ੋਨ ਆਇਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਅਬਰੋਲ ਨਗਰ ’ਚ ਕਤਲ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੌਕੇ ’ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਦਾ ਬੇਰਹਿਮੀ ਨਾਲ ਕਤਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਲਾਸ਼ ਖੂਨ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਥਪੱਥ ਪਈ ਸੀ। ਆਪਣੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਚੰਦ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਹਮਲਾਵਰ ਗੁਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ਼ ਕਾਕਾ ਉਕਤ ਮੁਹੱਲੇ ’ਚ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਗਾਂ ਰੱਖੀ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਗਾਂ ਗਲੀ ਵਿਚ ਗੋਬਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਮਨ੍ਹਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਘਰ ਵਿਚ ਰੱਖੇ, ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਗੋਹਾ ਸਾਫ਼ ਕਰੇ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਕ ਦਿਨ 6 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਲੜਕੇ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਗੁਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਾਲ ਝਗੜਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ’ਚ ਮੋਹਤਵਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ’ਚ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ ਮਤਭੇਦ ਸੁਲਝਾ ਲਏ ਸਨ ਪਰ ਇਸਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਗੁਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ’ਚ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣੀ ਰੱਖੀ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਬੀਤੀ ਰਾਤ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੋਸਤ ਦੀਪਕ ਉਰਫ਼ ਟੈਟੂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਵਿਚ ਉਲਝਾ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਗੁਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਗੰਡਾਸੀ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ’ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਥਾਣਾ ਸਦਰ ਦੇ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਕੁਲਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਥਾਣਾ ਡਿਵੀਜ਼ਨ ਨੰਬਰ 1 ਦੀ ਤਰਫੋਂ ਆਈ.ਪੀ.ਸੀ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 302, 341 ਅਤੇ 34 ਤਹਿਤ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਨੰਬਰ 23 ਦਰਜ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਲਾਸ਼ ਦਾ ਪੋਸਟਮਾਰਟਮ ਕਰਵਾ ਕੇ ਵਾਰਸਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। good luck trying to translate it being not about cow dung as it is. |
