Looks like he reaches upward to grab a electric line a little off camera from above, right before he pulls himself fully up.

Looks like he reaches upward to grab a electric line a little off camera from above, right before he pulls himself fully up.
I never see him reaching up. It looks to me his hands were by his side from pushing up from the top of the train car. Like he was pushing himself up as he started to stand up.
