Interesting that it appears she felt the impact of the bullet on the back of her head. You can see as she gets shots, her hands goes up toward the back of her head but then it's lights out and she collapses. I doubt she felt any pain but it definitely looks like she felt the impact.

I believe it has more to do with a reflex response to the brain injury, akin to the fencing response.  |
