I will never hesitate to post a video that may be sketchy in origin in hopes that someone other than myself can verify it. It's part of how this shit works. Unless it is a BLATANT fake, it is better to post it and wait for it to be debunked than fail to post it and have it later turn out to be real.

I absolutely agree that the lack of information is suspect and that the vid could be faked. But it is by no means what I would refer to as a 'blatant fake.'

The postmortem image looks real to me. Based on the comments I have received in my inbox in the last 24 hours, it also appears real to many members of the site. Where possible livestreamed suicides are concerned, I will err liberally instead of rigidly.

If one of you verifies that this video is fake, I'll remove it.

It's real, the place where the rope is running on her neck, right over the carotid artery would have caused the hoaxer to lose consciousness before she had time to relieve the pressure and could have killed her anyway by breaking her neck after fainting.

But her anguish and sadness right before doing it seem to be quite genuine, the several included FB posts by her friends and family seemed genuine, and the postmortem image looked pretty authentic as well.

I'd prefer to get more detail on it/her, but until I do I'm keeping it up.
