Looks like she was drunk, perhaps? That would fit with having a fight with her mom but could've been a medical issue. Completely avoidable had the driver been paying a modicum of attention. A bystander even tried to intervene which makes this even more infuriating. Feel really bad for the friend. Damn. Nevermind the alcohol theory. I re-watched it and it looks like she laid down in the road intentionally (the drama queen comment made more sense). FFS.  |

Nah. He'd have been the pile of pizza next to her slab in the morgue. His efforts were futile, but compared to whipping out his phone to capture the inevitable, for gore whores like us,he did the right thing!

Someone could easily have drugged her drink, so the drunk/falling down might not have been her fault. DR is great, but none of us have time or means to follow up with the coroners investigation in these third world places. Here i the USA, they would have run the screens on her body fluids and found out if someone slipped her one in the bar or party. Tragic loss here, and completely avoidable in so many ways. |
