Young Woman Murdered While Shopping with Her Son

The hit man didn't care that the young woman was going with her son and shot him until he saw her die.

The streak of murders does not stop in Cúcuta. Around 6:10 p.m., today, June 28, in the Playa Hermosa sector, very close to Avenida del Río, A.C.P.P., 26, was killed.

As recorded on several security cameras, a hitman waited for the young woman to leave a supermarket, where she was with her one-year-old son, and shot her repeatedly.

The gunman's objective was only one: that she was not left alive, and that is why in the images it was seen that after the victim falls to the ground, he kills her with three bullets in the head.

"And the worst of all is that the murderer killed the woman in front of the little one. Here we don't know how he didn't shoot the boy. It's a terrible case," said an inhabitant of the sector.

A.P. lived in a building in front of where the cruel crime was recorded, which is why many people in the sector knew her.

Colonel Carlos García, commander (e) of the Metropolitan Police of Cúcuta, assured that in the escape the hit man and an accomplice fell with the motorcycle on which they were moving.

"The criminals also tried to get rid of the gun they used, but the investigators managed to find it and now it will be subjected to ballistic studies to help us establish if it has been used in other homicides," the officer said.
