Never assume everyone stops because it's a red light. Sad because she could of been enjoying the rest of the day if she was aware. Accidents can be avoided even if it's not your fault

Low sun and a filthy windshield (probably) caused this. Pedestrian also succumbed to the mildest form of darwinism, likely due to growing up in a world where everybody tells you how safe you are.
