Most likely organophosphorous pesticide poisoning which causes the classic SLUDGE syndrome. SLUDGE stands for Salivation(drooling), Lacrimation( tearing of the eyes), Urinating, Diarrhea, Gastrointestinal distress(stomach cramps)and Emesis(vomiting). These are consistent with the foaming from the mouth and loss of bowel and bladder control. I can't tell if her eyes are watering or if she had stomach cramps but it wouldn't surprise me. NOT a pleasant way to shuffle off this mortal coil.
