Young Vendor Jumps in Front of a Speeding Train After Selling Spot Dispute
India, According to local railway police authorities, 18 years old A, a train platform vendor, had been experiencing severe stress due to a turf war. An illegal vendor on the platform had been constantly harassing him, threatening him and forcefully trying to push him out of his selling spot. Just minutes before the tragedy, a heated physical argument broke out between them. Overwhelmed by anxiety, extreme frustration, and the fear of losing his daily livelihood, A. suffered an emotional breakdown. While a railway police constable was trying to defuse the situation on the platform, A. made the sudden, impulsive choice to jump onto the tracks when a speeding train approached. The Government Railway Police has registered a criminal case for abetment of suicide against the rival vendor involved in the dispute. Police have launched a crackdown at the railway platform to remove all unauthorized, illegal vendors who operate without official Indian Railways licenses. |

He just had a lack of understanding. HE was supposed to make sure the RIVAL vendor was standing on the tracks, and NOT HIMSELF. But he didn't grasp the concept, and it misfired on him. That is what happens when you are an inexperienced vendor! |

Indeed! With it's silent, stealthy approach, hiding quietly in the bushes until ready to jump out, the Locomotive is INDEED the "King Of Predators" in India. Only detectable if you lay your head on the rails and feel the vibrations in your ear, that denote that the fast and stealthy machine is ALREADY UPON YOU! and has gained another victim, these wild machines are not domesticable in ANY way! Even the Tiger cannot equal their ferocity and power! |

Re: Young Vendor Jumps in Front of a Speeding Train After Selling Spot Dispute
Thank you! You are very kind! I would actually feel more badly about being so flippant, EXCEPT THAT EVERY DAY IN INDIA IS LIKE THE VERY FIRST DAY, all over again, day after day. NO ONE seems to think ahead, use any caution, or concern themselves with probable results. I DO feel bad for little kids, who haven't had time to learn for themselves, or be taught by adults. But MOST of these people are OVER 40, and STILL DON'T KNOW HOW TO CROSS A STREET! REALLY! Can they NOT EVEN TELL WHICH WAY THE TRAFFIC IS ACTUALLY FLOWING? Where exactly did they learn to drive like that? |
