Thailand, Today a 40 year old neighbour heard noises coming from the house next to his. They were cries for help so he listened to it for a while as it's not always a wise thing to stick your nose in other people's private life but when the cries stopped he checked out the scene. He saw the young man hanging in an upward position dangling from a rope/cord tied to a wooden support beam and it was too late to help him so he ran to the police station to report it. He also told police the young conscript soldier got some bad news 7 hours prior and the news was very personal. What that news was in unknown.

Well, least they put him in the ambulance with dignity; they didnt just toss him in the back of a truck like some OTHER countries we know .
