Life is cheap in third world countries. Looks like a well placed center mass shot that clipped the pulmonary artery, and possibly the aorta. The temporary wound cavity very likely destroyed much of his lung, and may have hit the heart as well.

This kind of damage would be difficult (if not impossible) to survive, even if he were shot in the the operating room with trauma surgeons scrubbed in and standing by.

That blood is pumping out with the force of a garden hose with the spigot fully open, it’s doubtful he maintained consciousness for very long.

Choking on your own blood as you expire in front of a gaggle of jabbering impassive onlookers isn’t a good way to go, but it’s entirely his own fault for robbing people.

Its a chest/abdominal wound, the bullet has to have a path that crosses the air way internally. I know it is not a lung shot because the blood spewing out would be lighter in color and frothy like foam from mixing with large amounts of oxygen. This wound seems to be bleeding into somewhere that is filling up inside him causing him to spit his blood out. possibly a path through the esophagus somewhere between where his neck meets his chest and his stomache. My best educated guess for ya.
