If he had access to quality medical care he could have survived. His face appears to be mostly intact just hanging loose. The cosmetic result might not be that bad with a good plastic surgeon. I’ll bet they had problems securing an airway |

but so no worth it i think.. millions in surgery and the guy would look like a deformed clown and live in shame and disability.
