I think that was totally on purpose. He clearly went out of his way to take the safety off and blatantly pulled that trigger.
Most likely, but I can't totally rule out IBF as a possibility.

Just googled though and yea, it's pretty much confirmed at this point.

I'm impressed you were actually willing to put money on it. Normally when people make "predictions" like that and you ask them to put their money where their mouth is they back down because they know they don't actually believe the shit they're saying.
