Yup, absolute fake.
There was no blood, no damage to the head like one would see in a headshot, especially being shot at this range, bulging eye(s), sometimes popped out of the skull, the bruising and lateral tears in the skin from the expansion of the skin off the bone… it’s just not showing ANY sign of being an actual head having been shot by a pistol.

If you legitimately examined this video frame by frame like you said and genuinely found "nothing to support an actual headshot" then you are no longer qualified to be making comments on what's real and what isn't.
