The man walking in the background was the shooter and the thin crying guy was going to shoot him I think. His much clearer thinking friend stopped him from doing that.

Completely nonchalant for shooting someone unarmed in the head three times. I’m sure the perpetrator had a lot of shit going wrong in his brain.
