Actually, just more than 25% of those 1.5B Muslims have been radicalized or do accept the means to establishing a caliphate.

It's a little different than a few whackjobs in the Catholic church. We're talking about 375M people that are already radicalized or would be if called on (as commanded in the Hadith).
