Young Man Was Fatally Electrocuted Whilst Painting on Rooftop
A young man, of Haitian nationality, was electrocuted whilst doing some painting work on the rooftop of a building in Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic. It is believed he was killed when a metal paint roller he was handling made contact with a high-voltage wire.

If they had an electrical code, it would probably say something like a structure can't be built within 10 feet of an electrical line. But they don't, so there.  |
