Wait a minute... The guy who's being shot on first vid is not the one who's on the chopping pic, that's the one who's talking a lot on second one...I assume they were both killed, so yeah...All that talk for nothing...

As far as I understood they first asked him where he was from and he answered the name of a neighborhood, then he told that he was from comando vermelho ( criminal organization) and they said they would check if it was true.
then he started mentioning another cell called 'terceiro comando'..that he is definitely not from that gang... I think it's a rival gang of the guys filming.
then they told him to sit down and asked where he was selling drugs. he told some location and that he was with some other guys. then that he just came in this region to buy some ingredients to make drugs I suppose..
there could be some mistakes as it's not my first language.. but it must be something like that :-)
