Young Man Assassinated Held by His Crying Mother

A 33-year-old person has been captured; who, mobilizing on a motorcycle and without words, draws a firearm and allegedly triggers it against Mr. H.L.V.P., from Cartagena, 25 years old, presents a (01) impact with a firearm projectile at the height of the head, who dies in place. The captured man will be left at the disposal of the Attorney General's Office. |

How do they even catch the criminals in these countries? I feel like they just arrest the nearest guy

Mmm, I wouldn't underestimate law enforcement's capability in those countries. I think the only ones they have trouble with are the ones that are shielded by the cartels, but most of these small fry usually get caught.

They actually look at the soles of their feet as everybody is on flipflops; if the feet are dirty then fine that is how it is supposed to be. But if they are clean then that is highly suspect; probably cleaned their feet to wash off the blood or something so in that case they are often arrested or at the very least taken in for questioning

Growing up in the ghetto during the 90s, putting my mother through this was the biggest fear I had. Poor thing.
