I agree. But at least at the moment of this video, I don't believe the guy is conscious. He's basically already dead, but his body hasn't given up yet.

~ He looks like he is in shock and although his neck got sliced & so did his trachea, he is still struggling to breath thru the small open slice thru his trachea.
~ I predict that soon robots will be deployed in the near future to deal with these emergency situations, as well as dealing with moral & criminal situations. It will be the only way to deal with the escalating crime, tyranny, moral, & emergency situations in the 21st Century & 3rd Millennium.
