He told her to explain why she set them up, so she's probably a rat. He told her to explain herself and he won't kill her. Instead of explaining (or lying aka make up some story) she choose to beg for mercy which confirmed to them she was a rat and a traitor. What happened next is the fate of all traitors.

the main takeaway here is that, yes, all traitors deserve a similar fate. my instincts make me feel this may have been the case in the video because they sure as hell made a point to do it very openly and publicly, like to send a message. still fucked up regardless  i dont like seeing it, but then again i'm here, so . this site makes me contradict myself more times than i'd like to admit. but isnt that the essence in refining oneself?    |

he didn't want to kill her if it was a misunderstanding. He was hesitant and kept giving her chances to explain herself. She was too dumb/scared to think straight, if she was able to keep her wits and explained her way out, she might have lived that day and we have no video.
