Why doesnt anyone try to help her? Do you ever notice some of these countries just stand around a video people while places like US and Europe wants to help. I being in USA couldnt imagine people just standing around video taping with no one trying to help, police and medical arrives in minutes. So sad not everywhere is caring and respectful.  |

It’s a very difficult position to breathe in when unconscious. Try it, put your head all the way back and totally relax. She’s unconscious and will be more relaxed than you trying this. I’ve no doubt that her head position caused at least some of her breathing distress. She has at least the one stab wound in her left chest, this alone would have punctured that lung. She could have two if he did stab multiple times. You can also see blood runs from her top down her belly, and on her lap. I’m fairly certain there’s a combination of internal and external bleeding. The blood that did come out is in her clothes, seat and on the floor. |

I'm always mystified by these third-world DR videos... in which people are standing around a victim, blithely chatting and holding up their smartphones... but it doesn't appear that anyone is rendering aid, or has summoned aid... Wazzup widdat?
