This situations happen a lot in shit hole countries.... most likely they stole it to return for the price of the metal. She didn't wear a helmet.. because why would she.. In the end ... one life lost. |

criminal neglect of any kind of safety... it looks like the guy holding the rebar frame on the back of the scooter was trying to compensate for the stop but failed... you can see the rebar swing slightly forward on the left side..just enough to produce the injuries shown in the stills... horrible freakish timing... awful
