Yes....i saw the video...and i questioned that part where the frame jumps, slowing it down doesn't shed any more light on my question.

I'm asking if anyone thinks it's a bit odd, as it looks like it's been tampered with.

This is sad- as a peruvian i know what is going on.
Basically, a few weeks ago, some peruvian drug addict, thug wanna be, shot a young venezualan while he was working in a poor area of Peru. The details are unknown but seemed like this "Thug" wanted to charge rent for working in "his" area and the venezuelan guy did not pay him. Some bs story that resulted in him shooting the venezuelan guy point blank (there's a video in social media). He died.

As a result, and because there's many hundreds of thousands of venezuelans working in Peru (due to the dire situation in Venezuela, which is currently worse than the one in Peru) -- Venezuelans decided to "retaliate" and kill any peruvians they found in the streets of Venezuela. Obviously, this does not apply to most people, just the tards that think killing for no reason other than because your country of origin is different ... a sort of "war" started in social media.

There has been numerous peruvians murdered in Venezuela in the last past weeks just for being peruvian. Furthermore, the narcos in the VRAEM (aka cocaine valley) region in the peruvian jungle, are threatening venezuelans who cross the border with death..

I know things have been pretty crazy in Venezuela with their economy being so fucked at the moment but damn that's fucked up...

My previous experience with them wasnt nearly as serious. A lot of them have been playin 'Old School Runescape', they basically farm gold in-game to sell for real money.

The game has very low internet requirements and can be played on a toaster oven, so it's been a good way for them to bring in some cash. Apparently these dudes didnt get the memo that you can slay some virtual dragons instead of real people for cash.

Yes and they sourced a similar looking corpse for the authorities to find. It’s all part of an elaborate plan to fake his own death and retire in Florida

Actually i didn't say the guy wasn't dead or that wasn't him.

I said the video looks like it's been edited, if so it could have been to prevent the guy who threw him appearing on camera, his face, or something else.
