Strange, but over here they call it a hit and run even if the car or truck stops right away.  And to see some of the toddlers and pre-schoolers wandering around alongside busy highways, you'd not be surprised if this shit happens every day. |

head seems unusually large relative to the body, but I guess it's some kind of optical illusion from it being in the wrong place

Very sad. It looks like the tree plant got the best of the deal in the end. It kinda makes a person appreciate life more in this case. A life is yet to be grown. While a lifeless victim has expired right next to it.  |
