Young Dominican Man Dead in the Road After Being Shot
On the night of 27th May 2019 in Villa Francisca (Dominican Republic), 29 year old H.J.A.B. was shot dead. 'H', a money lender, was described as "a friendly cheerful person who never looked for a problem with others". It had been nearly 2 years since he survived 2 shots whilst being robbed.
