Young Criminal is Shot Dead 15 Times in the Street - Aftermath
J.d.M.F., 22, was killed with nine shots on the afternoon of Tuesday (20) in Marituba, Pará state. The young man was on his way to a football match, when men in a silver Siena model car approached and shot him 15 times. The shooters were not identified and fled without a trace. Residents reported that the victim was known in the area for committing robberies. J.'s relatives told police that the boy had friendships with people linked to crime and was a drug user. However, they were unable to report whether the victim had been suffering threats or owed someone. |

An unrelated case, but yet another Brazilian murder. A 25-year-old man, identified as L.J.C., was murdered on the edges of Highway PE-103, in Camocim de São Félix, Pernambuco state. The man left home on Sunday, 18, and his body was only found on Monday, 19. It is likely that L. was killed with stones. The police acted quickly and managed to arrest the main suspect of the crime. A.d.S.L., 21, had spent the early hours of the morning drinking with the suspect, which had been seen by witnesses. After being arrested, he confessed to the crime. |

The United States protects thieves and I'll never understand why as I see it as one of the most egregious crimes. I would give them the option of both hands or death on the spot. But only if you catch them in the act. |
