I wonder if the screamer was the drunk's passenger, who got out, only to see this. The car is so damaged it's hard to think anyone could have come from it alive.

Do you know Spanish? Google translate says ay mami mean oh mommy, but if you look deeper into contextual meanings, it has about 50 different ways in which it can be used. That's why I did so bad at Spanish in school.
