Damn, you can tell at 0:20 the kid is trying to swim/get to the big guy standing there. When he gets close, the guy walks off so the kid turns around looking for someone else. At 0:35, he reaches out to the woman passing by who looks at him with some concern and continues to watch him struggle but she just gets out of the pool.  Glad to hear the kid survived the ordeal but I bet he'll have a major longtime fear of water. |

Would he have just floated to the surface if he simply stopped struggling? I don't know much about drowning because I've been a swimmer all my life, but my experience has been that my body can't help but float to the surface if I relax and do nothing.
