My guess is he was waiting for the people in the crosswalk to clear so he could make a left turn, and someone ran the light from the opposing side clipping said person in crosswalk? Maybe? |

Once again: Both driver's and pedestrians fault. Legally it's just the driver's fault. But in reality, it's both. You walked in front of an idiot driver because a light told you it was safe. That is just stupid.
