Wonder why motorists feel the need to floor it in cases where it's obvious accidents? They must feel they'd be suspected of a hit and run each time.

It's Brazil, so they might get killed by family or relatives of the victim, or get lynched by the crowd who feel the need to 'punish' the motorist.
