Wounded Home Burglar Falls into the Backyard Pool and Dies
Brazil, A resident was arrested and released after a judge's decision. A burglar that was shot and attempted to flee, slides and falls into the pool, where he died. Security cameras recorded the moment a burglar attempts to escape and falls into the pool after being shot by a villager in an attempted robbery in Poconé. The case occurred on Saturday (11) Nov. 2017 and the villager, identified as Wagner Wilton do Carmo, 38, became jailed at the police station but was released after custody hearing on Sunday (12). He, who owned a gun, shot the assailant in the chest. In the images, released by the Civil Police, two men are cleaning the pool in the backyard of the residence. One child, who is the villager's son, arrives on a bicycle and alerts the staff that a robbery is occurring in the house. After that, the staff and the child move away and realize that one of the thieves is headed toward the yard shortly after being shot. With fear, one of the staff and the kid raise their arms up wanting to surrender. The assailant appears in the video running and loses balance. Then he falls into the pool where he died. |

No, Carmo wasn't a bitch. He didn't like to get fucked like a bitch, so he shot the burglar. Good thing that was in Brazil. In the USA, the perps family would sue the pool owner, the pool cleaners and the pool installer / manufacturer because it is an attractive menace, had no safety fence or was a trap. |

Well, not in Texas. In Texas and Florida you can’t be forced to give up assets or money you don’t have so those types of lawsuits don’t happen. Even if you won, the judge won’t force the defendant to pay, thus making such a suit pointless. You can safely go about shooting people in Texas, is what I’m saying. |
