Would-Be Robbery Victim Runs Over 2 Thieves in Paraguay
Around 1:00 p.m. this Friday, two alleged criminals aboard a motorcycle tried to assault a young man who got off at the intersection of Bartolomé de las Casas and Eusebio Ayala, in the Vista Alegre neighborhood of Asunción, to recharge balance, reported Commissioner Feliciano Cáceres. Upon getting off the bike, one of the alleged criminals would have shot the young man with a 38-caliber weapon in order to strip him of his backpack, the police chief said. To flee the assault, the victim got into his father's vehicle, a silver BMW, which was already waiting for him near the site. “ The young man gets into the vehicle with his father and again the motorcyclists follow him to the car, in that the man ran over the motorcycle and one of the alleged criminals ended up dying. His companion was referred to the Trauma Hospital in serious condition, ”said the commissioner. The Police awaits in the presence of the Prosecutor's Office to continue with the rigorous procedures and to be able to identify the alleged criminals.   |

Oh translation someone please. The guy recording that second vid seems to be reveling in the taunting of these would-be-bandits. Maybe telling the first responders not to help them? I dont know much but i heard a couple of "Putas" Also what looks to be the would-be victim (son) looming over the man, threatening to kick him, and throwing shit at him! He is seemingly incensed with triumph and vigor in this moment boasting at the men who dared try and pull that shit on him. Then there's the father just casually rifling through the trunk over the thief as he clings to life. Speaking of that, does it seem to anyone else like he grabbed something in order to torture the other dying thief with? Shortly after geabbing an item from the trunk, he strolls around the other side of the vehicle, crouches down, and then... screaming. |

The one recording is saying: Motherfuckers, we are busting our asses working and these fuckers... -This one is already dead "luckily" (making reference to the one laying face down with the fireman) -, and hopefully the other one dies as well. -then the fireman is asking "what you you filming man?" -he replies "who can forbid me from doing so? What law is forbiding me from doing so?" and the continues with something along the lines implying that "man, you respect these, you respect these robbers. I'm in my right (to film), show me the law that forbids me from doing this.... motherfuckers. These guys were robbing, got fucked, and now the fireman doesn't want them to be filmed. The robbers are a plague." |

Just speculation, but I think the fireman was butthurt about the proximity of the dude filming initially, not the actual filming. He was kind of walking up on him when the fireman made his comments. And then he started bitching about his right to film as one of the cops started moving everyone back. Idk, I do like to see those fuckers laid out like that tho.
