These machines should have a kill switch located next to the grinder input location. Why the fuck did he even try to unblock while it was running, lack of training or plain common sense?
Probably both lacking the kill switch and lacking the training. You have to remember that a lot of "blue collar" workers in China hail from their poorer neighbour countries. They get paid a pittance for doing cheap labor work with minimal training.
