some have to be checked while running for performance status. Guy did not obey the strict rule of no loose clothes when handling rotating machines. loose clothes are dangerous even when just using small angle grinders and drills.

I think he must have lived if he got any kind of attention soon enough. It doesn't look like major organs were crushed or anything. His right arm is probably mush from the shoulder to the elbow, but he doesn't appear to have been smashed between two roller or anything; just jerked sideways. I imagine broken ribs, torn muscles on the opposite side, and the arm.

He was pulled in by the shirt sleeve. shoulder went in breaking the neck behind, not to mention the head bumping his pelvic bone when it went through the other side. probably dead right after that broken neck.
