My biggest fear when I was in workshop working in a lathe at high school.
This is the reason why they told us to have our sleeves always buttoned up on our work uniform, and why we should always turn off the machine every time you need to check the cylinder.

I'm surprised his arm wasn't stuck and ripped from the rest of his body. Looks like work safety is optional over there.

It happened so fast he was probably still alive when he hit the ground, but I seriously doubt he had much time left on his clock.

guess his ripped shirt prevented the machine from getting a good grip on his body and spat him out the other side.

i have a feeling he survive though.

My mum had a mangle that was just as dangerous as that machine. Frightened the tucking life out of me as a kid.
