Re: Worker Gets Spun Around a Cable Coil
Those are the people who have NO concept of the power of this sort of machinery. The fuckwits in the video also had no idea, didn't even know where the emergency stop was, or even how to turn the machine off normally. Numbnuts trying to hold back the wire being pulled in was seconds from joining his buddy being wire wrapped too, as brave as he was. |

Re: Worker Gets Spun Around a Cable Coil
And certain groups of people are out here in the US, complaining that company heads are expected to comply with safety procedures, continuous training, testing, maintenance, etc etc. SMFH. |

Re: Worker Gets Spun Around a Cable Coil
I'm still trying to figure out how there was a " pause in the action". He gets pulled over the top of the spool and then he's just sitting on the ground as the spool rotates around another 3 or 4 times with nothing happening. Then it grabs a hold of him again. I wonder how exactly that happened. Did he get snagged a second time, or was there something attached to his body, like a chain or cord or something that had enough slack to give him a few seconds to ponder his impending doom. |

Re: Worker Gets Spun Around a Cable Coil
You can see the blood add up every rotation, on the floor where the bucket is. As soon as the other guy kicks it. Its to the right. The emergency button is on the panel above the guy. His head hits it a bunch of times. Also, probably speeding it up. |
