This is what happens when third world morons get around machines. I ran a machine like that for a while and it ran on 575 three phase power so flipping a man like that around is easy work for it. These machines are made to pull wire from spools that weigh up to 20,000 pounds. I ran the entire department when I ran it. They got a guy to help out and I told them he was going to get hurt and he did. He got between the payout cart and the takeup machine without putting the steel pipes between the two when there was a snag in the payout cart and a 1,200 pound reel pinned him between the two, it broke his back and made him a cripple.

It looked like after the very first flip he was reaching up for the shut off switch. Either it didn't work or it's not hooked up like the pedestrian crossing switches at intersections.
