im not sure it was murder... the press wasnt that fast and he had a lot of time to move out after the head bump. he just let the press go down on top of him.

The reason I say it's murder is a simple one. If I killed someone by accident, I would react in a panic. This guy saw his lifeless body and, (equally lifeless), pulled the mangled body away? I call either Pre-meditated or Manslaughter. |
