I'm glad people didn't just walk past her. That being said, unless you started first aid right away and got her to emergency services, she's a goner. That's not something you walk away from the vast majority of the time.

Im not sure if this is true, but Ive heard that when you call an ambulance in those coutrys, the caller has to pay for the medical bills or just the ambulance.
