Second hit drags her by her waistline, vital organs (lungs, heart, brains) possibly unaffected.
She taps along the road as she's dragged, likely instinctively while grasping the situation.

First video is from a scooter with a tilted square mirror, none of the scooters in the second video matches criteria.
Minutes could've already passed as this new scooter arrives on scene and finally takes initiative to record the incident.
