Hanoi, A young girl transported a girl of about 3 years old and a boy about 1 year old on her bike on a narrow road. She collided with a truck running in the opposite direction. All 3 did not wear helmets.

The strong impact caused the young girl and two babies to fall under the truck. The girl was rolled over by the car, dragging for a few meters to stop. She died on the spot.
