Must have been a brake failure, which is basically IMPOSSIBLE on air brakes (by design they apply braking when pressure is lost). It's far more likely the driver panicked when rolling backwards and kicked the clutch pedal instead of the brakes...  |

bruh. like so NOT true. clearly you've never ridden on a scooter or a motorcycle as I have, for twenty years. This is 100% operator error. And while I do put the blame on the young woman, rest assured I don't believe the punishment is fair. I wish this hadn't happened to her. But that is the thing with motorcycles, however. They're very intolerant of human error.
