Really nice of that bystander to try to help that woman, but after a while I guess he realizes that nothing will come of it and just decides "fuck it" and returns to standing by. Additionally, I would be scared to stand there with pipes and shit falling out of the sky like that. |

I’m not sure it has anything to do with idiocy— it probably has to do with having to go about their day to do business with no government safety protocol that forces construction sites to have protection for pedestrians. Americans used to get killed like this before our government put those rules in place. Stop pretending like you have some sort of racial ingrained smartness I’m sure you do not lol
