A serious accident involving a BMW 335 that took place last Sunday ( 6) at Av. Salim in São Paulo , the driver died on the spot and his girlfriend was unharmed. The vehicle crashed into fixed bulkhead . According to information , the speedometer was stuck at 150 km / h. It is definitely strange behavior but I have to agree that she is just in a state of shock. When I was in an awful car accident, I hit my head on the windshield hard enough to bust it & still got out of the car, saw that the car was completely totaled in the front, still proceeded to get back in & try to back out & leave. A nice couple stopped to check on me & I was sitting in the seat just worried about smoking a damn cigarette. I'm sure I looked like a fool but was completely unaware. I was lucky that I didn't sustain any worse injuries than a concussion.

Combination of shock, and also doing the smart thing and staying put and not moving around in case she has any internal injuries that would be exacerbated by moving. I'd be doing the same thing, unless the car was on fire.
