~ It happens all the time, the targeted victim, who expects it, tries to deter/delay/dissuade the shooter by using 'anybody else' as a shield. ~ It's called sacrificing the lesser person by entitlement.       Women do it all the time to men. Friends do it to each other as well. Relatives practice it too. Strangers always do it to each other. |
